في البيت العراقي، جواب أي طلب هو «تدلل»، يعني «أمرك». هذا الدليل يحوّل هذا الجواب إلى علامة كاملة: شعار ينحني ترحيباً، وأرجواني يعرفه زبائننا، ونبرة تشبه بغداد.In an Iraqi home, people answer any request with “Tadallal”, meaning “as you wish”. This book turns that answer into a complete brand: a mark that bows in welcome, the plum our customers already know, and a voice that sounds like Baghdad.
كل ما في هذا الدليل يرجع إلى كلمة واحدة يقولها العراقي كل يوم. الوسم مقترح يعني قراراً جديداً يطرحه هذا الإصدار ولم تطبّقه التطبيقات بعد.Everything in this book goes back to one word Iraqis say every day. The Proposed tag marks a new decision this edition introduces that the apps don't apply yet.

الغاية. أن تُقدَّم كل خدمة في العراق بكرم الضيافة.Purpose. Every service in Iraq, delivered with the grace of a host.
الوعد. تطلب، فيجاوبك مقدم خدمة قريب وموثوق: «تدلل».Promise. You ask, and a trusted provider nearby answers: “tadallal”.

الشعار لا يقف ساكناً. ينحني للترحيب، وينتظر معك، ويحتفل بالمواسم.The mark doesn’t stand still. It bows to welcome you, waits with you, and celebrates the seasons.
تُبنى الحركة من أجزاء الشعار نفسها: تصعد الصينية، ثم يرتفع الكتفان، ثم يسقط الرأس بنابض خفيف، ثم يومئ المُضيف مرة واحدة. تُعرض عند فتح التطبيق وبعد إتمام الطلب، ولا تتكرر في الشاشة نفسها.The motion is built from the mark’s own parts. The tray rises, the shoulders lift, the head drops with a light spring, then the host nods once. It plays when the app opens and after an order is placed, never twice on the same screen.

نزلت الألوان الدلالية إلى درجات ٦٠٠ و٧٠٠ لأن درجة ٥٠٠ الحالية تفشل مع النص الأبيض، مثل الأخضر #22C55E بتباين ٢٫٢٨ فقط. وصار التحذير برتقالياً لأن الذهبي صار للزعفراني.Semantic colours move to the 600–700 steps because the current 500s fail with white text, such as green #22C55E at 2.28:1. Warning turns orange because gold now belongs to saffron.
سبع عائلات لونية بدل ألوان متضاربة بين التطبيقات (في تطبيق الزبون وحده خريطتا ألوان مختلفتان). الحالتان في العائلة الواحدة تتميزان بالأيقونة والتسمية، ولا يُعتمد على اللون وحده أبداً.Seven colour families replace colours that clash across apps (the customer app alone has two different colour maps). Two statuses in one family differ by icon and label; colour is never the only signal.
الألوان الحالية تأتي من الخادم، وبعضها نيون لا يُقرأ، مثل #30F226 و#F9E71F. البديل يوزّع الألوان بالتساوي حول الدائرة اللونية في OKLCH، ويحجز درجات الأرجواني للعلامة. كل لون نص يحقق ٤٫٥ على الأبيض و٣ على بلاطته و٧ على الليل.Current colours come from the server and some are unreadable neon, such as #30F226 and #F9E71F. The new set spreads hues evenly around the OKLCH wheel and keeps plum hues for the brand. Every ink passes 4.5 on white, 3 on its tile and 7 on night.

الحروف نفسها التي رُسمت منها الكلمة المكتوبة في الشعار، بوزن ثقيل وحجم كبير. جرّبنا خطاً كوفياً فتشابهت فيه الجيم والخاء مع الباء والنون، وصارت «الجوهر» تُقرأ «البوهر»، فبقينا مع Plex. الحروف اللاتينية تأخذ Plex Condensed تلقائياً.The same letters the wordmark is drawn from, set heavy and large. We tried a Kufi face, but its jīm and khā’ collapsed into bā’ and nūn and “الجوهر” read as “البوهر”, so we stayed with Plex. Latin letters fall to Plex Condensed automatically.

في النص العربي نستخدم الأرقام الهندية. في الجداول والرموز نستخدم الأرقام الغربية، لأن الأرقام الهندية في Plex غير متساوية العرض ولا تصطف في الأعمدة. الدينار بلا كسور دائماً، ورقم الهاتف يُكتب من اليسار إلى اليمين.Arabic text uses Arabic-Indic digits. Tables and codes use Western digits, because Plex’s Arabic-Indic digits have uneven widths and won’t align in columns. Dinar amounts never show decimals, and phone numbers always run left to right.

لا نضيف زخارف من خارج الشعار. كل عنصر هنا مقطوع من الرمز نفسه، فتبقى الهوية متماسكة حتى من دون الشعار.We add no decoration from outside the mark. Every element here is cut from the symbol itself, so the identity holds together even without the logo.
الانحناءة أعلى الصينية هي توقيعنا. تقطع حافة الأقسام، وتعلّم البطاقة المميزة، وتتوسط الفواصل. تُستخدم مرة واحدة في كل شاشة، وبنسبتها الأصلية: العرض ١٢٫٥ وحدة والعمق ٣٫٣٥.The bow at the top of the tray is our signature. It cuts section edges, marks the featured card and sits in the middle of dividers. Use it once per screen, at its true proportions: 12.5 units wide, 3.35 deep.

Tadallal Bialkhidma is an Iraqi app that connects people with trusted service providers nearby, from home repairs and moving to tutoring, beauty and car care.
